What is included in the registration fee?

The registration fee includes:

Admission to the meeting, welcome reception, program and abstract book, certificate of attendance, lunches and coffee breaks.

Hotel Accommodation

Hotel rooms will be available for discounted rates in the congress hotel: Mercure Eur Roma West. Delegates can easily reserve their hotel accommodation online, when they register for the meeting.

For group registrations (more than 5 participants), use the group registration form.

Cancellation

Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the congress secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 September 2011 will be refunded, less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress.
